Tempo Living prices start from $321,900 (Lot 10/20T, 11/20T, 12/20T). Prices range from $321,900 – $359,900. The price includes GST but does not include stamp duty or any other fees or charges relating to the purchase of the Tempo living house. Purchasers should confirm all plans, specifications, inclusions and pricing with AVID Property Group and the builder Creation Homes (Creation Homes Pty Ltd QBCC Lic No. 1272561)  prior to entering into a contract. No construction progress payments will be required. ~Construction is expected to be complete by June - August 2018. Tempo Living homes are expected to settle June-August 2018 subject to construction program. The full and final amount less 5% deposit will be due for payment at settlement expected June-August 2018.
