Positive Outlook for budding home buyers in Greater Springfield

Developers of Bellbird Park’s Brentwood Forest community are fast-tracking the release of their largest blocks to meet the surging demand for property in the Greater Springfield region.

The land release – Outlook 2 – comes as new research shows an expected surge in employment and economic growth in the region, with population set to hit 350,000 by 2036[1].
