Brentwood Forest fast-tracks final release of popular park-side homes
This limited release, located just steps away from the popular $1.4 million Tucker Family Park, has been released early due to unwavering demand from local buyers.
New Brentwood Forest Tempo Living residents Patricia and Chris Powers recently downsized into their home, located right across from the Tucker Family Park, with rescued dog, Honey. Mrs Powers said they couldn’t be happier with their decision to move to Brentwood and were enjoying being so close to the park.
“We head up to the off-leash dog park with our rescue dog Honey most evenings just before the sun sets – it’s a beautiful view out to Mt Nebo and Mt Glorious and if you turn around you can see out to Spring Mountain National Park,” Mrs Powers said.
“We bought this block because it’s a great location and we have everything we need – the park provides us plenty of outdoor space, plus shops, transport, entertainment, medical facilities – all easily reached within a few minutes.
“This street has made its own little community – it’s great to have lovely neighbours – and we all enjoy the Tucker Family Park being so close, which is a great bonus of living in Brentwood Forest.
“I love being able to hear children playing as it’s nice to know that not all children are stuck to a screen.”
“The home is the perfect size for us – I think people would be surprised to see how much you can achieve in a small but well-designed home – and my husband Chris is very proud of the workshop he has created in our garage,” she said.
AVID Property Group Queensland General Manager Bruce Harper said this latest release of Tempo Living homes offered a unique opportunity for buyers to snap up some of the best-located blocks in Brentwood Forest.
“The Tempo Living homes are a unique, well-priced product, with this latest release positioned in one of the most highly sought-after locations in Brentwood – just steps award from the famous Tucker Family Park, surrounded by protected bushland,” Mr Harper said.
