Development set to increase the tempo
Brentwood Forest’s stage three Tempo release will give buyers access to an affordable slice of tranquillity in one of southeast Queensland’s fastest growing regions.
Incorporating nearly 1200 homes in a leafy village-like environment with 56ha of dedicated green space, the new stage release developed by Investa Land will feature 21 fixed-price house and land packages overlooking proposed parklands.
Investa Land Queensland general manager Bruce Harper said the development was likely to attract interest from first home buyers, investors or couples looking to downsize.
“The house and land packages provide a stress-free, fixed price option to build your own home,” Mr Harper said.
“In an area where demand is constantly increasing, we’re expecting these high-quality and affordable stage three house and land packages to move quickly.” With new house packages priced from $284,500, the development’s third stage release will offer three design options; the Urbane, Gallery and Vector.
Suited to families and entertainers, Urbane encompasses three bedrooms secluded from an expansive living space, two bathrooms and a large terrace.
The Gallery package is ideal for those seeking less maintenance and offers a bold, dramatic facade, two bedrooms with bathrooms and a living space that flows from the entry to an outdoor dining area, while the
Vector has been designed for flexibility with a multipurpose room that could be used as a media room, study or additional bedroom. The Vector package also offers a conveniently located kitchen and open-plan living area, and two bedrooms with ensuites.
Mr Harper said the Springfield and Ipswich regions were growing rapidly. “Our aim in the midst of this growth is to deliver open, green and leafy neighbourhoods through Brentwood Forest where people feel like they’re part of a community,” he said.
Buyers who purchase a block of land or Tempo Living house and land package, built by Simonds Homes, before May 31 may also receive a $5000 Flight Centre gift card.
